EVOLVE Services works with private individuals and adults referred by the Bury Adult Team, Bury Council. Our first contract with Bury Council was made in 2001 and we have a contract until 2024 with a possibility to extend. Our success is largely due to recommendations and referrals. Dementia care

Our Support Workers undergo dementia training as standard, and we put together care plans that put our clients and their families at the heart of what we do in Bury.

Adults with physical disabilities

We meet people with physical disabilities and their families, and carefully talk to them and assess what their needs, wants, hopes and ambitions are.
